History

North Nelson Water District was formed on June 6, 1965.  The district had approximately 10 miles of main line and 175 customers and one 85,000 gallon tank.

Today, the district has four water tanks with 2 Million gallons of storage along with two booster pump stations that use state of the art telemetry system.

The district serves approximately 5,200 customers while maintaining 250 miles of water mains.

We are celebrating over 50 years of serving the public with clean safe water!
